    2. Nature of the Platform

    Can-Am.rent is an online listing and advertising platform. Rental providers and guides may publish and promote their listings on the site.

    We charge fixed fees for listing and promotional services offered by TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. Payments for these services are processed directly to TRIBE RENT via Stripe. These payments relate exclusively to platform advertising services and not to any vehicle rental activity.

    We are not a party to any rental contract, do not mediate rentals, and do not act as a broker, agent, intermediary, insurer or payment processor for rentals between users.

    All vehicle rentals, bookings, payments for rides, guided tours, or any related services occur directly between the rental provider or guide and the customer, outside the platform.

    3. No Affiliation with BRP / Can-Am

    Can-Am.rent is fully independent from Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). No trademark, logo or product name used on this website implies endorsement or partnership.

    4. Images and Graphics

    Visual materials on Can-Am.rent are created by TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o., generated with AI tools, or submitted by users. They are used solely for informational and illustrative purposes.

    5. User Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements in your jurisdiction.

    6. User Responsibilities & Content License

    Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
    By submitting content (texts, photos, descriptions), you grant TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce and promote this material within Can-Am.rent and on our social media channels. You retain full ownership of your content.

    7. Prohibited Use

    You agree not to:
    • scrape, crawl, index or harvest data from the website
    • bypass technical protections or security measures
    • upload unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing content
    • use the platform for unsolicited marketing or spam
    • misrepresent the availability, ownership, or legality of rental services

    8. Listings and Content Management

    We may edit, hide or remove any listing without notice if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
    TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for:
    • accuracy of listings
    • availability, safety or condition of vehicles
    • pricing, communication or agreements between users
    • cancellations, disputes, accidents or any outcomes of rentals or trips
    Financial consequences of refusal to publish, temporary suspension or removal of listings are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), available at: https://www.can-am.rent/OWS.pdf

    9. Third-Party Services

    The platform may include third-party components such as embedded maps (e.g., Google Maps). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, accessibility, or data processing practices.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, correctness of listings, availability of features, or compatibility with all devices or browsers.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from:
    • use of the platform
    • user interactions
    • reliance on listings
    • accidents, disputes or service failures between users
    • technical disruptions or data loss

    12. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRIBE RENT Sp. z o.o. from any claims, losses or liabilities resulting from your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

    13. Changes to the Platform

    We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

    14. Dispute Resolution

    First contact us at: support@can-am.rent (we reply within 10 business days).

    • EU users: you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr • Poland: mediation/ADR bodies recognised under Polish consumer law • USA/Canada: disputes governed by Polish law, with jurisdiction of courts in Warsaw, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your state/province provide otherwise

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, supplemented by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

    16. Updates to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
    Updates to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) do not constitute an update of these Terms of Use, unless expressly stated otherwise.
